🔑 Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for your housewarming gift, you must:
- Purchase a home using the services of Jaime Sanchez (Lic #170607).
- Go under contract and successfully close on a property between 4/11/2025 and 7/30/2025.
- Minimum home purchase price must be $300,000.
🎁 How the Spin the Wheel Works:
- Once your transaction is officially closed, you’ll be invited to spin the prize wheel (either virtually or in person).
- Gifts will be delivered within 3–7 days after closing.
- No cash alternatives or redemptions will be provided.
- All gifts are personally gifted by Jaime, and he reserves the right to adjust items of equal value if needed.
